Previously, chamomile grew mainly in the wild, but now this medicinal herb is actively cultivated. It is a part of very many preparations as an active ingredient, and is also widely used in cosmetology, being an ingredient in creams, soaps, shampoos, etc.

Plant description

For the decoction you need to take 4 tbsp. l flowers and pour them 300 ml of boiling water. Hold for half an hour in a water bath, then cool and strain by squeezing. Drink 3 times a day after meals. In the decoction of chamomile should add honey.
